About me
Hi, I’m Isa Guitteau! I’m a website builder with the goal of helping local organizations strengthen their online presence to connect better with their communities, attract new members, and share their work effectively.
I was born in Colombia and raised in Washington, D.C., in a bilingual household. I went on to study Environmental Systems at UC San Diego with the Shores Scholarship. During my time there, I participated in the UC CEC Natural Reserve System program alongside top ecology students, worked on research on California poppies under the Cleland Lab, and advocated for sustainable policies with the UCSD Green New Deal organization.
After graduating, I worked as a campaign coordinator for Power San Diego, where I helped grow a volunteer network from 40 to over 500 people and led efforts to collect 24,000+ signatures for a municipal energy initiative. Now, I volunteer with the Foundation for Economic Justice, managing their website and researching SDG&E’s influence in San Diego.
I’m passionate about environmental advocacy, grassroots organizing, and using digital tools to create real change!
